Delivery Area
We deliver to any physical address within the North and South Island via a signature required courier service.
If you wish to authorise our courier to leave your items without a signature, please add this instruction in the comments section when checking out. In these circumstances, we cannot be responsible for loss or theft of the items once delivered.
We are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box or Private Bag.
Delivery Times
Delivery time usually takes 2 to 4 working days, but can take up to 10 days. Deliveries are made by our courier Monday through Friday only.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
Delivery Cost
We offer delivery New Zealand wide at a flat rate per carton of $6.95, including rural deliveries.
Order tracking
All products are dispatched via track and trace courier. If you order is not received within the normal timelines please contact us and we will trace the order.
Shipping outside New Zealand
Sorry we currently only ship products to New Zealand addresses.
Damaged goods
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We reserve the right not to offer a refund or replacement where the item fault or damage is a result of misuse or neglect.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, we will organise for it to be returned and replaced free of charge.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase.
